Overview

This project involves the full design and turnkey delivery of a boutique banking office within DIFC Square. The space, delivered in shell and core condition, required a refined and highly efficient workplace solution aligned with a corporate financial environment. The design responds to both spatial constraints and the need for a strong, professional identity.

Design Intent

The vision is to create a compact, high-performance workplace that reflects a premium banking experience while maintaining functionality and flexibility. With a defined design direction from the client, the approach focuses on clean lines, material refinement, and a cohesive spatial language.

Key elements include:
• Clean and structured spatial planning to maximize efficiency within a compact footprint
• Refined material palette to reflect a professional, corporate aesthetic
• Integration of ergonomic, high-quality furniture systems (including sit-stand desks)
• Flexible design strategy allowing adaptability of layout and future growth

Scope & Responsibilities

Role: Interior Designer (Lead Design – End-to-End)

•Developed the full design concept, spatial planning, and material strategy
• Produced detailed layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD
• Created 3D models and high-quality visualisations using SketchUp and V-Ray
• Created and compiled presentation packages using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Selected and specified all finishes, materials, and furniture across the project
• Coordinated closely with clients, vendors, architects, lighting designers, and MEP consultants to ensure design intent was achieved
• Managed design development from concept through to detailed design stage
