Overview

This project involved the full design and build of a corporate headquarters office within Dubai Internet City. The scope included complete workplace design, spatial planning, and delivery of a high-end office environment from shell and core through to completion.

Design Intent

The design intent was to create a premium, hospitality-driven workplace that integrates corporate functionality with a warm, refined material palette. The space balances open collaboration with executive-level privacy, while enhancing user experience through lighting, materiality, and spatial layering.

Key elements include:
• Feature reception and lounge space with integrated branding
• Use of warm wood finishes, textured wall panels, and stone surfaces
• Statement lighting elements across reception, meeting, and breakout spaces
• Integration of biophilic elements and display shelving
• Combination of open ceiling and feature ceiling elements

Scope & Responsibilities

Role: Interior Designer (Lead Design – End-to-End)

• Developed the full design concept, spatial planning, and material strategy
• Produced layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD
• Created 3D models and high-quality visualisations using SketchUp, V-Ray, and Photoshop
• Created presentation packages using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Selected and specified finishes, materials, and furniture
• Coordinated with clients, vendors, architects, and MEP consultants
• Managed design development from concept through to construction stage

Outcome

The completed project delivers a high-end corporate workplace that combines functionality with a strong design identity. The result is a cohesive environment that supports daily operations, enhances user experience, and reflects a premium office standard.
